Intellectual Property:

Revisions & Cancellations:

• Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions as stated in your service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, your deposit is non-refundable.

• In the rare event that we are unable to complete your project, a prorated refund will be issued for unrendered work.

Limitation of Liability:

We do our best to provide quality, professional services—but we cannot guarantee specific results such as increased sales, traffic, or audience size. We are not liable for:

• Website downtime caused by third-party platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, Shopify)

• Errors resulting from client changes made after project handoff

• Legal compliance of content supplied by clients

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all submitted materials.

Digital Products & Licensing:

• Purchased templates, mockups, and assets are for personal or commercial use only by the purchaser.

• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of our digital products is strictly prohibited.

• All templates are provided “as-is” and may require editing software like Adobe InDesign, Canva, or Figma to customize.
